As a firefighter in Southwest Florida, where the summer heat is extreme, my Orca Cold Plunge has been a crucial asset during hot training days and long shifts. I've had my cold plunge for about three years, and like anything else, regular maintenance is important. When I ran into a few issues with some parts, Jeff was there every step of the way. New chiller for my cold plunge

My previous chiller from a different company died and this is the perfect replacement, honestly seems a lot better than what I had in the past. Fast and supportive customer service as well. Highly recommend.
