After 5 months I was having problems with my chiller not working. I emailed the support team and they immediately responded with my next steps. My chiller was fixed that day. Two months later I had another issue so I was requested to send a video. Once again, within hours, they informed me the chiller motor may have issues and they are sending a new replacement. I could not have asked for better service. The team was amazing. I 100% recommend the product and the service they provide after purchasing.
