The fact that I can use as s T-bar row and then attach to my lat pulldown/low row makes this product a no brainer. Attach a pair of D handles and you can hit every angle of your back.

Cable Attachment

Really nice piece. Well made and a great fit for the cable tower. Works well with the swivel shackle too for a smooth pull down.
