Exquisite! Genius!
The cheese is exquisite - the only shortcoming is that the package is too small and thus I am tempted to eat about half of it at one sitting. But I hold back, and simply dream of when I can have another portion.

Such delicious cheese … The taste and texture is so close to the real thing and none of the lactose . I really love all the rebel cheeses . Nothing else like them on the market .
