No customer service and deceptive practice

First I opened the day after delivery box intact. The door was dented. Contacted customer service through their own website , phone, and their email when I ordered with pics no response. Then I realized they delivered the cheaper no drain pump version contacted again. No response

Awful customer service! Awful product!!

Received under counter ice maker .. missing the handle and it’s makes a loud screaming noise! You cannot hear any tv downstairs o er this noise! I contacted them.. (good luck with that) they said sound is normal and won’t refund me even though it says 30day warranty in guarantee!! Buyer beware!!

It works

It is fairly quiet and blends into the kitchen noises. This is my third time to get an ice-maker. The first two were defective or very loud. Several times the Kismile will stop making ice and I have to push the power button to restart it. Haven’t figured it out yet. I don’t want to send this one back. It arrived in great packing with no damage. It makes ice as advertised.
