with handles left on the pan while cooking they become stuck in the clamped position...broken one completely so far and the 2nd handle was stuck after one use of cooking on medium to medium-high heat a total of 35 mins on the stove top...easy storage and very lightweight, but if i run out of handles i'll need new cookware...makes me wish i just put the money towards an expensive set of cookware. great idea tho

I really love this cookware. I bought a mini set for our caravan using gas and then decided to buy the larger set for induction cooking at home after trialing it while travelling. Really nice to cook with and very easy to clean. Five stars.
