Overall, it is a good-quality face mask and neck piece. However, the face mask is a little too big for my face, and the neck piece is cutting into my chin and leaving an imprint line after a session. A bit uncomfortable. I used it 3 times a week for a few weeks after I received it. I can say there's been a slight visible improvement in skin tone and firmness.

I like the benefits of the mask, but wish there were straps at the mouth and chin area for a better fit.
