Mever again. Purchased on May 20. Paid in full 3 products. Subscription. Then on June 15 checked my tracking number says hold for instructions requested(from who, they have my address) apparently the message was from the delivery company. I called package had been there since the 10th. I contacted the Velmara company emailed the proof that I hadn't received their products. Requested a refund to my card and cancel my upcoming charge for the subscription. Today is June 30th I still haven't received my refund. Bad customer service. They shouldn't be allowed to sell on tic tok, I wish that there was a Zero stars option.
