Stay away from this company. The product didn’t work, and dealing with customer service has been a complete nightmare.
I bought two bottles, but the product simply didn’t work. Since one bottle was still completely unopened, I decided to return it and request a refund. What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience.
First, I was told that my refund had already been processed and that I would receive it within a few days. When no refund arrived, I reached out again, only to be given a completely different excuse. They kept changing their story instead of giving me a solution.
Terrible customer service and a product that didn’t deliver. I wish I had never bought from this company in the first place.
