Fresh Antibacterial Cotton Underwear

The pants arrived about 2 months after i placed the order, it was very hard to get any information on my order. I finally received my order and the FIT (size) and style (more like a boy short than a high waisted brief) were compleatly wrong, now i cant find a way to return or speak with custumer service

I was sent the wrong style. I contacted Ohcomfy and they requested pictures. I sent pictures showing the style error. They haven’t responded since then. These panties run very small. I would normally wear a size L, but needed a 2xl in these.

I ordered briefs and was sent hip huggers, and I'm trying to figure out how to return them. This is what the company wrote me back. "Dear Customer, We have double checked that we shipped exactly the items you ordered. If you are not satisfied with the products, we can offer you a 20% discount for your next purchase." Why can't I just get what I ordered?
