Transform Wrinkles, Fine Lines, And Tired Creases Naturally

I have not noticed any difference in my skin or fine lines. It smells nice and adds a little shine, doesn’t feel oily. However, I made a one-time purchase (I always check these things) and they’ve already sent me another one on “subscription” that I never knowingly agreed to and I have requested a “cancelation” and refund or return label for this extra order I received. No response as of yet. I hate it when companies do this!! I was going to try something else on their website if this one worked out but now I won’t be doing that, for sure! I cannot/do not recommend this product and I would be extremely cautious of the entire brand.

This company in general is horrific to deal with. They dont tell you its a monthly subscription when you place the first order, and rather than have an option to cancel the subscription from the account, they give an option to "dispute subscription' right in the confirmation email for the 2nd order. The website couldnt 'find my order' or "find my account' to start a chat with customer service to try to get it resolved. It just takes you in circles. It took so long for the first order to get here i couldnt tell you if it gives any results, I've had it less than a week and was already charged again, still havent figured out how to stop them from charging my card every month aside from cancelling the debit card altogether.

It feels heavy on my skin. Also, when I put it on, it comes off in clumps. I was expecting something smooth and maybe having to rub it in after application, but I have to rub it in at the beginning. It isn't hot so it isn't melting from heat. I have only had it for a week, so no results are noticeable yet.
