I only gave it one star because I can't give a ZERO STAR! The thing is I can't even review the product, why you say, I never received it! It says delivered in the mailbox no it's not!!! I never received the package,when I try to contact and I get,ask your neighbors ask someone in the house" EXCUSE ME! no I never received! THEN I check the tracking number. I searched and it's some Chinese Lulu Express! Now if you're going to be all over Instagram saying don't buy from Amazon not the real product you have to go to our website,I do that and then I never received the product?! And then you give me the runaround how are you going to give someone a product when you're dealing with something overseas that steals my money.. probably stole other people's money too, so how are you going to be a great business when you steal people's money, I'm going to the BBB right now cuz this is some BS how dare you! And how dare anybody that's promoting for this exact business HER+and lying to people!

Your product did absolutely nothing to my face or my fingers for that matter. And I'll be surprised if my review appears anywhere in your site. I'm very disappointed but not really surprised. Society puts so much pressure on the female species! As soon as we hit our "past due mark" we not only lose our faces/looks, but we become non-existent to the world. And it feels like you prey upon this. That's why I get so angry at myself for buying products like this. In my brain I know there's no way it (your product) will work, but deep in my soul there's a tiny little what-if wish that whispers "maybe this is the 1 that actually works". So far, none have worked! But even if you get 50% of us to buy just once, you're set! And it doesn't matter if the product works. This giant pink chapstick is just that - a giant tube of wax that does nothing but grease up your face. It would work great if we needed to protect our faces from super cold wind, but nothing more. This type of business should be illegal but our perverted capitalism always trumps truth.

This HER product is overrated, and the charges are inconsistent. I'm also uncertain how my purchase turned into a subscription, as I never intentionally sign up for recurring subscriptions. To make matters worse, the website is difficult to navigate, making it unnecessarily frustrating to cancel future deliveries. Overall, the experience has been disappointing.
