I ordered 3 bottles, totaling over $167.97, I never received. “Best in Wellness” responded, after disputing with my credit card company… “Hi Melanie, as mentioned, we followed up with USPS and they've confirmed that the package was delivered to your address and they have the data tracking to confirm from the driver. Not sure what else we can do at this point. Is it possible someone else in your house has the items?” This is very upsetting! “Best In Wellness” is not making this right by shipping me my order or refunding me. I wanted to try these probiotics. Now I don’t want to loose $! And I’m being put through an enormous amount of trouble trying to get my money back or the 3 bottles of pills I paid for, while my credit is being damaged with Affirm installments & Shop Pay. Don’t purchase from this company because if your package gets lost, they won’t send you a replacement & you are stuck paying for it.
