Great product with excellent service all round

My 15+ year old Gaggia Classic was not working properly, even after a few services with a service agent near where I live. I found Ciaran’s details online, contacted him and was reassured that he would be able to resolve the issues. Ciaran provides a really excellent service, and his communication before and after is fantastic. The addition of the knob for the steam tap put the icing on the cake, and it is busy making baby-chinos for the next generation!
