Excellent service from start to finish. I made an appointment in advance, and they were expecting me when I arrived. The repair was completed in less than an hour, which was far quicker than I expected. The machine has been working perfectly ever since, just like it did when it was new. The staff were friendly, professional, and happy to answer my questions. The repair cost was also very reasonable, making the whole experience even better. We sent the machine off on a Wednesday and it was repaired on Thursday and back in our house by the following Monday. We emailed Ciaran and he was was very helpful. Very impressed
