LUCCA Frothing Pitcher

There is a lot to like about this pitcher- a few drawbacks

There is a lot to like about this pitcher and a few drawbacks along the way. The 20 oz. size meets all of my frothing needs and the markings for varying amounts add convenience. I also appreciate the black finish on the model I selected. Two issues that arise are more picky to me than serious. The first is that the markings for the volumes are on the inside as printed line and text. It is difficult to see them without sufficient light. Also they are only on one side so the handle must face right to see the marks. Lastly, if you are going to make a second batch, the steamed milk blocks the markings unless the pitcher is rinsed. All of this simply affects working habits but they can factor into how appealing it might work in your own environment.

The only thing I don't like about it is that the etching for measurements is small and light enough that in the right light they disappear.

Excellent, Affordable, Classic Design that I will buy more of when my coffee cart business grows!
