Ciaran took great care of our Profitec pro 500 whilst servicing it just before Christmas and unfortunately on receiving the machine back, the pump failed. Ciaran immediately took the machine back and got it sorted under warranty and had it delivered back to us just in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service.

Great service

I had an issue with my coffee machine a few days prior Christmas. I had planned to have my family over so you can only imagine how disappointed I was that my machine stopped working. Ciaran and I managed to locate the issue but there was not enough time for the new parts to be shipped to me from the manufacture (Germany) to reach me before Christmas. Ciaran kindly offered to send me the parts from his spare machine to keep me going. Like always world class customer service. Thank you Ciaran!
