Warranty

My lock some how broke. The cylinder on the paddle came out of the socket. I connected RV Lock and they said it was with in the warranty period. I was able to get a replacement at no charge. To replace the paddle assembly was really easy. Two screws to take out and put it back together was just as easy. Then reinstall the door lock assembly.
