this stuff is leaps and bounds better than Dicor because the last few times Dicor was used it lasted maybe 6 months then split wide open causing another reseal. When switching over to Xtreme no more 6 month reseals this stuff has lasted over a year before anything was noticed and lays down so much better. this is my go to and the proof is in the results!
