Works well for targeting specific small areas. However it is very pliable so it is easily shifted out of place by any small movement. Also if you are a small person it’s not easily wrapped around body parts without overlapping or gapping. If you are smaller, keep this in mind. It takes a minute to learn best practices to get maximum efficiency but once you figure it out, you won’t be disappointed. I love mine. Wish it had the ability for hair and face because then it would be the ultimate red light machine.

I love the versatilityof this therapy pad. It can be used almost anywhere. By getting the two pack I can wrap both legs at once, or use on front and back to minimize treatment time.

Seems to work well. The first couple of weeks I used it about every day. This past week I have not had time to or have forgotten to use it. I do think it helps but you have to stay on top of it using it daily. I have a face wand red light as well. I have been using it for a month now and can tell a difference in my skin. I would definitely recommend these items.
