Gaggia Anima Prestige Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machine

Excellent Coffee

I bought this after looking at quite a few different machines, Had it a couple of weeks now and am extremely happy with it. Easy to use and alter the amount of milk or coffee dispensed.

Took a little while to get to grips with the various programmes , but the machine produces excellent coffee whichever type

Good customer service and product

There was a slight delay with delivery of my coffee maker. However I thought the customer service provided was very good. Communication was excellent. Emails responded promptly and issues resolved. I’ve had the Gaggia Anima Prestige for a couple of weeks now. On the whole I think it is a great coffee maker. Straightforward to use and makes an excellent latte. It doesn’t feel quite as robust as my previous Gaggia machine. Particularly the water container and handle. Feels very flimsy. But overall I think it is a good product
