Wild Bluefin Tuna Chutoro (medium fatty) Saku Block

The sashimi grade fish was just awful, dry and taste like iron/metal, though, we followed all instructions. We have to throw all it away

I am a recurrent customer of Fish Society and I have to say their Fish is top quality. I am particularly picky with tuna, being from the south of Spain where tuna is strong in flavour and this one was one of the best Inhave tried in UK
