Nice coffee with a subtle hint of chocolate and hazelnut

I suppose that in many respects you don’t want a coffee that has over-bearing tastes of anything other than coffee and in that respect this coffee is good. The only reason I’ve given 4* and not 5* is that the flavour may be just a little bit too subtle, but having said that, it wouldn’t stop me buying it again.

I’m still experimenting with different blends being something of a novice! Found it easy to dial in and enjoyed the good flavour if possibly slightly strong as did my wife but I would probably give it another go in the future. Chocolate Fondant next!

Cracking coffee

I initially purchased the Best Sellers Collection taster set which had four different coffee varieties. For me this was the stand out coffee and I’ve since repurchased. It is really forgiving to a relative newbie to coffee (3yrs) and even newer newbie to making my own coffee at home with a Sage Barista Express Impress. I love cortados and flat whites - this coffee works brilliantly. I’ll admit I’ve not had the confidence to properly dial in my coffee machine which goes to show how forgiving this coffee is. I use oat milk and find the flavour and taste of this coffee really cuts through and doesn’t get over powered like some other coffee does with oat milk. Now just need to work out how quickly I’ll get through my order to figure out the subscription options!
