Very solid machine I’m getting zero grind retention. Machine is quiet grinds efficiently looks amazing. Whole latte love Customer Service has been outstanding.

Great grinder with a few ergonomic issues.

I like how all the premium design items: 1) single dose hopper 2) features to reduce coffee grounds retention 3) large grind setting adjustment dial 4) quiet operation What could have been better is: 1) the hopper shutoff plate could have been designed to be opposite from the grind setting dial to make it easier to reach 2) the on/off switch located to a visual location instead of the back right side

Love this grinder! Easily dial in grind for espresso or drip coffee. I use mostly for espresso grinding daily, and occasionally grind for coffee maker which works out great.
