I Think This is My Favorite
The Honee Pistachio Chèvre is one of my favorite cheeses. I didn't eat Pistachio nuts until I tried this cheese. I like the crunchiness and the subtle sweetness of the honey.

Overall Rebel Favorite!
I think the Honee Pistachio Chèvre is my favorite cheese that you make. I love the flavor and it works well in everything, but I can't stay out of it simply snitching a slice either. Delicious!!! Very flavorful, full bodied, a bit sweet w/a touch of acidity. I love all your other chèvre as well but the Honee Pistachio is my absolute favorite.

Skipped Dinner so I Could Have More!!!!!
Honestly, I gave this a try to see if I can live without cheese IF I decide to go vegan. I am not vegan currently. And I was blown away. This cheese is one of the best I have had - vegan or not. I skipped dinner and ate half the block of it instead. That is the tough part - stopping! Looks like vegan won't be as hard as I thought. Looking forward to trying the others.
