Disappointing After Many Years of Purchases

I have drawers of Tosselli waffle towels purchased on I Dream of France. The quality of this recent purchase was not at all what I have used for years. Given the name change on the towel, it is apparent there is new management at the company or a new generation that compromised the quality for profit. The towel is hard, does not fluff up like all the others after the first wash and does not absorb. Even the embroidery is not the same quality. Would not order again.
