Primo Grills: Oval XL Charcoal Grill

I made chicken thighs for the first grill use. They came out well cooked, tender, with a crispy crust. I fell in love with the grill. I can't wait to use it for other meats.

Primo xl grill

I was disappointed when I received my primo because I was under the impression that the heat deflector plates were included, the sales man at BBQ outfitters told me it came with everything. I learned from the delivery guys that those are purchased separately. That being said, this grill is awesome. I'm loving it!
