Excellent bittering hop:)
Previously I’d used Magnum for he 60min boil addition for bitterness but to fully follow a magazine published recipe next time around I specially bought and used Columbus as specified and it was a completely different and improved beer!:) Really great flavour, I didnt expect the difference but it was certainly a pleasurable Improvement! Almost give it’s a coconut type flavour.
