Bright floral and peach notes, Talus rocks!

I've become a big fan of Talus having tried it in a few beers and now brewed with it. It has a strong rose like floral scent and soft peachy sweetness that pairs very well with other citrus hops. Can't wait to do my next beer with it!

Talus & Verdant IPA

Made a single Talus hop IPA with Verdant yeast that was a favourite at a BBQ last weekend. Will make again!

Unique flavour and aroma

Subtle spiciness, big floral aroma and flavour, lots of citrus. A really unique and fun hop!
