I use these hops for my ales when I want low bitterness and high level of aroma. I do dry hopping close to the end of fermentation. Fruity aroma make it perfect for ales.

Great Hop for Non-craft aficionados!

These hops were my first foray into hops from 'across the pond'. I have since fallen in love with them - having great aroma when dry hopped (40g post ferment for 3 days). Made a vibrant addition to my Pale Ale and would recommend for any XPA or fruity lager.
