Used this to season my new pk 100 classic.
Go big first time!
With the moisture slowly leaving , and the light, but spicy, blue smoke leaving @ 180° for 2 hrs.
After cooling, it definitely had a smoke seasoning on all surfaces.

Hickory sawdust.
I was surprised at how large of a bag 40 pounds of sawdust was. I used it just as directed, getting it wet before using. I added some cherry fine chips to it. It lasted at least three hours and put a very good smoke on my sausage. I am using the pro classic 100s and it is working great for me. I would recommend this product and used as directed, it will work great.
