I wish I found the flex disc YEARS ago. I was a cup user for ~10 years and it was definitely a step up from tampons but on a heavy day I would still leak after about 3-4 hours (sometimes less). The disc was so easy to insert and remove and the auto dump feature is amazingggg. I didn't have any leaks during my first time using. I will recommend this to every period-haver I know.

I have used cups for 15 years, but after having a kid and getting older, they would start to slide down and be very uncomfortable. A friend recommended the flex reusable disc and on the very first try, it's been life changing! It is softer than the cups I'd used, more flexible, easier to insert and remove, and I absolutely, 100% cannot feel it. Also, no leaks so far! If cups haven't worked, DEFINITELY try a disc. Wish I had known about them sooner!
