One of the best decisions I've ever made was switching to a menstrual disc. For the first time, I didn't have to let my period stop me from enjoying my vacation. Even on the first days of my period, I was able to go to the beach, swim, and even scuba dive without any worries. It was comfortable, I couldn't feel it at all, and it gave me so much confidence. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for more freedom and peace of mind during their period.

Era la primera vez que usaba un disco de este tipo (aunque ya había usado copa) y me resultó comodísimo. Dormí con el y no sentí ninguna molestia, ni lo noté. Lo recomiendo!

Wear

I've tried using period cups, but didn't like them so I tried a disc, it's much easier to insert, but when wearing it causes a small cramp, it might be user error tho, hope to fix it.
