Exceeded expectations
I purchased the Body Blade because I had severely injured my right shoulder and I used in Physical Therapy. My main goal was to strengthen the shoulder, but I was surprised to learn that it could provide a whole body work out. I work out regularly with it now and am getting good results. The online videos are very helpful too.

Fun to use
Purchased after using it in PT. Good workout and fun to use, which makes me more inclined to continue to use it.
