My item is broken s machining issue ife reached kut 3-4 times since receiving my tornado amd 6 days since 1st email. It has been a complete letdown. I continuously get generated emails from allegedly the CEO , but even when I email that I got nothing. So update after multiple emails and even calls to the number i found i finally got a response about a week later seems impatient but when there lilicy is 30 days for return id like to resolve issues asap. I was told a replacement will be sent out rather than just updating ill be adding as issie is resolved if it does

The customer service is absolutely terrible. That is if they even have a customer service. They held onto my product for 2 weeks and when i couldnt get a hold of anyone, i contacted my bank for a claim. Suddenly my packaged started the shipping process two days later. Very disappointed in this company, it was advertised as a gift for father’s day, I ordered in more than enough time and it came late. Wont be purchasing from them again
