Titanium Series 2 Quart Saucier with Lid

My 2nd purchase of this saucier.

This is my 2nd purchase of the same 2qt saucier. After using it for beans, grains and sauces at my winter home, I found that I couldn't live without it at my beach house. We added an induction hotplate this year and it's great for that, as well as the propane stove.

It's a very good small saucier

It's a great little pan, I especially like the sloped sides of the sauciers. The 3 qt saucier is still one my most used pans but the 2 quart is quite handy for smaller recipes.

Perfect addition

As always Heritage Steel delivers. Perfect size for small tasks and the quality can't be beat.
