Good program for true beginners
I think this would be a good program for someone who has never lifted before but for anyone slightly more advanced I think there are better programs out there. Jeff seems like a good guy and very knowledgeable and what he’s done has worked for him but I don’t think he vets his programs before publishing them. The program doesn’t seem very efficient, random rep ranges, wasted movement and even strange movement at times. I probably wouldn’t recommend this program who has spent more than a year lifting weights.

Good but was expecting more based on other programs
Program is good but was expecting more based on other programs. For one, no excel sheet to fill in the loads. I could be mistaken, but there doesn't seem to be an overall theme to the program, as in: the sets, RPE, vary widely from one day to the next and from week to week. I was hoping for a program akin to the Push, Pull, Legs Complete Guide that I purchased previously. Still a fan, and will continue to purchase programs as the need comes up. Keep up the good work!

Videos
Overall pretty good. I am starting week 6 and can see an improvement in my arms. It's been wild to see how big my triceps are getting. Thanks as always for a great program, Jeff! If I could make a couple edits, there are some exercises that are listed that are not in the other Nippard fitness programs that don't have links to explanatory videos. Some of them I haven't been able to find (at least from a reliable source), or I find contrary information on how to complete the exercise. Having these videos on the arm hypertrophy program would be great. Also it seems as though this program hasn't been updated in a few years (I think Jeff makes mention of looking forward to competing in 2018) and updating the program with all that he's learned / improved from that time may be helpful. This program is definitely worth it and I highly recommend.
