Perfect Chuck Roast

For the past few years meat from the grocery store just didn't taste good. Everyone told me my taste changed as I got older. But, when I tried a chuck roast from Tribe Ranch it tasted just like I remembered from years ago. It was so tender and tasty. I didn't need to add anything but salt and pepper to have a perfect roast. My family loves Tribe Ranch beef!

The chuck roast was delicious and tender. As tender as pork shoulder but as flavorful as steak. The only gotcha is there are veins you have to remove yourself, wasn't expecting that the first time! Perfect smoking meat.

Quality flavor, moist, tender, I made pot roast in the crock pot with onions, garlic, potatoes, celery and carrots. It was delicious 👍🏽
