Good tasting
It was tender and tasty. I would order again. For my first time at wagyu I would try more steaks. If the Osso Buco is so good I can imagine what the other part of beef tastes like. I will definitely brag and recommend Tribe Ranch. The delivery was on time and Luke was a great help.. Thank you.

So rich
We have purchased several of these to have on hand, these make the richest most robust broth and tender fall off the bone meat. We use them as pot roast, base for stews and soups and are always amazed at the results.

Osso Buco
It's sometimes hard getting a good shank for Osso Buco. However, Tribe has perfect cuts to male a delightful dish. We just made Osso Buco Milanese with our latest purchase. The deep flavoring and fall apart tenderness was amazing. Handsdown excellent quality.
