The Hooga torch haa been a very convenient device for my needs. This is great for travel, great for spot treatments and blemishes. I decided to add this to my routine due to the included blue light mode. I also have the Hooga Pro 300 panel, and consider this a well-rounded pair for RLT for my needs.
