Excellent quality and design and would buy again. Unlike another customer, I was able to fit many different 8 inch or 210 mm gyuto or chef knives with this. Here is a list of different ones that I've gotten to fit: - Ryusen Bonten Unryu Damascus 210 mm - Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Damascus 210 mm - Misono 440 210 mm (but should also apply to UX10 and other lines) - Kasumi Damascus (Sumikama cutlery) 8 inch - Miyabi Artisan 8 inch (should also apply to most Miyabi 8 inch chef knives even though they have different profile shapes, maybe only the Miyabi Evolution might have trouble because of extra blade height).

Convenient

Saya is very easy to remove / resheath. It's not fancy but gets the job done. Fit my blade well, however. Did not fit Any of my other 210 gyuto. If you buy ask for a fit.
