Excellent knives

My wife loves her Christmas gift of twilling knives. She gave her old knives to our daughter . I'm very pleased with the prompt delivery. The quality is what you would expect from German manufacturing.

Zwilling Four Star 14 piece Acacia Knife Block set

The knives are nice and sharp. Easy to keep sharp if you hone them once you've hand washed and dried immediately after use. I put a light coat of vegetable on them right after cleaning and drying. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER, that will pit the edge. I only gave it 3 stars because Zwilling will not allow you to register these knives as the set was a special for Cutlery and More, which made absolutely no sense to me. It's as though there is something to hide.
