Hose stopped working after 1 hour of use

Was so excited to receive my steamer. The second time of using it (with only about an hour of cummulative use), it stopped working. Called tech support, who set me up with a call with another technician, who had me conduct troubleshooting. The technician confirmed that there is an internal problem within the hose and that I will be sent a new hose. That was 3 weeks ago and have not heard or received anything yet. I've tried calling twice but nobody answers AND the voicemail box is full! Very upset, I paid nearly $3,000 for equipment that does not work!
