The knife itself as far as form and function go is fine. It’s sharp enough for a home cook and will take care of what it’s supposed to. The fit and finish are another story. Zwilling can be a little hit and miss when it comes to the Pro line and lower, and my particular knife is no exception. The blade has some excessive scuffing on it and the handle has several very small chips in the plastic - totally unrelated to C&M, it’s a Zwilling QC issue. Not major enough for a return, but something to keep in mind.
