Razor Sharp

Very nice prep knife for any skill level. A bit less bulky than the 8in, but still just as useful! Highly recommend.

Nice and sharp but doesn’t fit knife block well

Very nice knife. Sharp and well made. The only thing I don’t like is that it has a little bit of blade sticking up out of the knife block because of the bolster. It is not a huge deal but you will have little sharp areas sticking up.

Sharp as a razor, perfect prep knife for any skill level.
