It is designed to cut through meat and bones and that’s what I’m gonna keep using it for. I use it to cut pork belly and whole chicken, it cut through them like butter. I tried to use it to cut scallions and it didn’t work as I want it to. Anyway, it gets the job done and I recommend this cleaver.
