Shun Premier Nakiri Knife

I like using the Nakiri. The Shun Premier handle feels great in my hand. This knife works well for me with the veggie prep work as we eat veggies with most dinner meals. It has an additional benefit , its beautiful. I have pride in ownership ! And I purchased it while it was on sale.
