Took one knife out, picked up a grocery receipt and made a light swipe at it with the knife. Cutt through with no effort. The bread knife seamed to fall through the bread as I cut. Next purchase was a pair of chain mail gloves. Not waiting to see what it can do with fingers. Beautiful look with great capability.
