I’ve never fallen in love so quickly! This was my first stainless steel pan after 15 years of hard anodized steel (Calphalon), and from the very first dish I’ve been hooked. It’s a shockingly even cook — and really the only adjustment is to handling a pan with more weight to it. Enjoy it if you go for it, I know it’s a splurge, but if you cook often it’s worth the price tag!
