Not quite perfect
Have only played with the router to see how it works. Appears to be solid and I like the ease of raising and lowering the blade. However when I loosened set screw on the depth gauge, the gauge promptly fell out. After an hour's effort I have not been able to reinstall the gauge. No instructions for that.
I have also had difficulty with the KM coping/fret saw combo and have never, after hours of trying, been able to make the switch to fret saw.
As a premium price tool seller, KM needs to do better than this.

Chef’s Kiss Tool and Customer Service
This is exactly the precision instrument I need for repeatably dialing in the original rough cuts from my power mortise system. Stopped dados are a dream. It’s almost like a cheat code. Well made. Gorgeous. Useful. The trifecta. Also, the original flat chisel blade arrived chipped. No worries, a manufacturing anomaly, no doubt. I emailed KM tools, and they replaced it right away. I remain a fan. Thanks!

Great Build Quality
I’m really impressed with the overall build quality of this router plane and the accessory kit with different size blades is a great feature. I’ve been really happy with everything I have bought from KM Tools.
